Hi all!

My name’s Darren and I’m an aspiring pastry chef – well at least my dream is to be one. Currently I am not living the dream and I’m studying chemical engineering (molecular gastronomy with chemicals you can’t eat and on a whole bigger scale). I’m in my final year of studies and I hope to graduate at the end of this year. Thereafter, I may work as a practising chemical engineer or pursue my dream by doing a pastry diploma (preferably in Switzerland if my budget allows).

Anyways, this will be a blog about my cullinary journey. I will feature mainly desserts, pastries and all things sweet and occasionally feature the meals that I ake to sustain myself.
